(From My Personal Experience Visiting on Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth)

Some ports are quick stops…
and then there are places like Tortola 🌊✨

This was one of those days where everything just slowed down—in the best way.

Tortola is the largest island in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and a favorite stop on Caribbean cruise itineraries. Known for its lush mountains, scenic coastal roads, and relaxed beaches, it offers the perfect mix of beauty and simplicity.

Cruise ships dock in Road Town, which makes getting around easy—taxis are right there when you step off the ship.

There are also restaurants and beach bars right along the shore, so grabbing a drink or something to eat is effortless.

No rushing. No stress. Just enjoy it.

Why This Stop Stood Out

What I loved most about Tortola wasn’t just how beautiful it was…
